What people are saying about the workshop:
"I really enjoyed the philosophy behind your model. It may be because I am an environmentalist, but I think it really makes a lot of sense. I thoroughly enjoyed it."
"I thought the connection between the philosophy of the Engagement Competency Model and the real world case studies was extremely valuable."
"Very engaging and interesting to watch and be part of -- excellent use of visuals and audience interaction!"
"Most definitely, your model gives a different perspective (and philosophy) that will facilitate discussions (at the very least) between [my business partner] and myself."
"The models you have constructed are extremely relevant and useful in understanding our current and emerging state of societal affairs. I think that the topics you covered are extremely important and can provide our generation with the know-how and tools to truly make a change."
"I very much liked the ECM model. I see it as well suited for an analysis of change needs at the individual level as well as "focused" mission statement (outputs). I applied the model to myself, as a one man band, and gained much clarity about my needs and priorities. I can not thank you enough for this."
"The ECM was really interesting and it was great to have the opportunity to break it down with real life models."
"The model really shows that it takes more than just being good at what you do to be successful (more than just Mastery and Capability). Looking at places I've worked, I can see that many places need significant changes."
"It was great, both the message and delivery. Thanks!"
"I'd like to look into the ECM more in depth. Seems like an incredible tool to use to further sustainable and social practices in organizations."
